Forgive you? Of course. It is a bold composition, making use, as it does, of the off-kilter "Slant". The "Slant", as I call it, is a recent development in the New Orleans School of Post-K, Subsequently-Post-Ironic Street-slash-Documentary Photography-as-Art. It illustrates how we have been left unbalanced on the very ground we walk on since the devastation we endured in 2005. Either that, or the impossibility of holding a damn pocket digital camera steady at the end of our outstretched arms.

I like the photo, especially the colorful Mardi Gras stuff (?) on the door contrasting with the blueish grey of the mailbox and the straight patterns of the wall and the window behind it.
